भाजप प्रदेश अध्यक्ष चंद्रकांत पाटील (Chandrakant Patil) यांनी कंगणाचे केलेले विधान हे पुर्णपणे चुकीचे आहे. स्वातंत्र्यावर भाष्य करण्याचा तिला अधिकार नाही असे म्हटले आहे.
कंगनाने (Kangana Ranaut) काही दिवसापुर्वी एक वादग्रस्त विधान केले होते कि भारताला 1947 मध्ये मिळालेले स्वातंत्र्य हे स्वातंत्र्य नव्हते तर ती भीक होती, भारताला खऱ्या अर्थाने 2014 मध्ये स्वातंत्र्य मिळाले. असे वक्तव्य केल्याने तिच्यावर सगळीकडून जोरदार टिका करण्यात आली होती. पण याच कंगणाच्या वादग्रस्त विधानाल ज्येष्ठ अभिनेते विक्रम गोखले (Vikram Gokhale) यांनी समर्थन दर्शविले आहे, पण भाजप प्रदेशअध्यक्ष चंद्रकांत पाटील (Chandrakant Patil) यांनी कंगणाचे केलेले विधान हे पुर्णपणे चुकीचे आहे. स्वातंत्र्यावर भाष्य करण्याचा तिला अधिकार नाही.
