Shiv Sena MLA Disqualification Case: महाराष्ट्र विधानसभेचे अध्यक्ष राहुल नार्वेकर यांनी बुधवारी एकनाथ शिंदे विरुद्ध उद्धव ठाकरे गटात सुरू असलेल्या वादावर निकाल देताना शिंदे गट हीच खरी शिवसेना असेल असे सांगितले. शिवसेनेच्या कोणत्याही गटातील एकाही आमदाराला अपात्र ठरवले जात नसल्याचेही सभापतींनी स्पष्ट केले आहे. राहुल नार्वेकर यांच्या निर्णयानंतर उद्धव ठाकरे पत्रकार परिषदेत बोलताना म्हणाले की, सभापतींनी आपली जबाबदारी योग्य प्रकारे पार पाडली नाही. माजी मुख्यमंत्री आणि शिवसेना (यूबीटी) पक्षप्रमुख उद्धव ठाकरे म्हणाले की, या निकालाविरोधात आम्ही सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात जाऊ. आम्ही राज्यातील जनतेला सोबत घेऊन लढू. उद्धव ठाकरे म्हणतात, ‘आज आलेला सभापतींचा आदेश हा लोकशाहीचा खून आहे आणि सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाच्या निर्णयाचाही अपमान आहे.’ यापूर्वी शिवसेनेचे यूबीटी नेते आदित्य ठाकरे यांनीही आता न्यायालयात जाणार असल्याचे सांगितले.
आदित्य ठाकरे म्हणतात, 'हा निकाल म्हणजे ह्या ट्रिब्युनलच्या निर्लज्जपणाचा कळस आहे. आज या निकालाने आपल्या राज्यातील लोकशाही आणि राज्यघटनेच्या तत्त्वांचा आणि स्तंभांचा अधिकृतपणे खून केला आहे. आम्हाला आशा आहे की माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ह्या लांच्छनास्पद राजकीय खेळापासून संविधान आणि लोकशाहीचे संरक्षण करेल.'
