BMC कायद्याच्या कलम 351 अंतर्गत केंद्रीय मंत्री नारायण राणे यांच्या मालकीच्या जुहू येथील Adhish Bungalow ला BMC ने नोटीस बजावली आहे. नोटीसमध्ये म्हटले आहे की, बंगल्याचा वापर अनधिकृतपणे करण्यात आला आहे. बीएमसीने बंगल्याची तपासणी केल्यानंतर दोन आठवड्यांनी ही कारवाई करण्यात आली आहे.
