तेलंगणामध्ये (Telangana) भटक्या कुत्र्यांच्या मृत्यूची एक धक्कादायक घटना समोर आली आहे. येथे अनेक भटक्या कुत्र्यांना कथितरित्या ठार मारून कचऱ्यात फेकून देण्यात आले आहे. या घटनेचा एक व्हिडिओ कॅमेरात कैद झाला आहे. या घटनेने अनेकांना धक्का बसला असून प्राणीप्रेमींमध्ये संतापाची लाट पसरली आहे. इंस्टाग्राम प्लॅटफॉर्मवर प्राण्यांशी संबंधित कंटेंट पोस्ट करणार्या एका पेजने ही घटना जगासमोर मांडली आहे.
त्यांनी लिहिले की, 'तुर्कापल्ली, शमिरपेट मंडल येथे 100 हून अधिक कुत्रे मारले गेले'. या प्रकरणाकडे अधिकाऱ्यांचे लक्ष वेधण्याचा प्रयत्न करताना या पोस्टमध्ये धक्कादायक व्हिडिओ देखील शेअर केला आहे. या पोस्टमध्ये प्राणी क्रूरतेसाठी आणि कुत्र्यांच्या मृत्यूसाठी ग्रामपंचायत अधिकाऱ्यांना जबादादार ठरवण्यात आले आहे.
