Naukri.com च्या अहवालानुसार, मोठ्या आयटी दिग्गज आणि युनिकॉर्न्स या दोघांमध्ये नव्या लोकांची नियुक्ती करण्याच्या हेतूत घट झाली आहे, तर याबाबत इतर आयटी स्टार्टअप्समधील कल गेल्या वर्षीच्या तुलनेत स्थिर राहिला आहे. अनुभवी लोकांना कामावर घेण्याच्या तुलनेत फ्रेशर्सच्या नोकरभरतीत सर्वात मोठी घट होत आहे. वरिष्ठ स्तरावरील (12 वर्षांपेक्षा जास्त अनुभव) नियुक्त्या स्थिर राहिल्या आहेत.
