E-PAN डाऊनलोड करण्यासाठी आयकर विभाग मेल पाठवत आहे का? पहा पीआयबी चा खुलासा
आयकर विभाग ईमेलद्वारे पिन नंबर, पासवर्ड किंवा बँक खात्याचे क्रेडेन्शियल्स यासारख्या वैयक्तिक माहितीची विनंती करत नाही, असेही स्प्ष्ट सांगण्यात आले आहे.
सध्या सोशल मीडीयामध्ये अनेकांना ई पॅन डाऊनलोड करण्यासाठी इमेल येत असल्याचं समोर आलं आहे. हा मेसेज info@smt.plusoasis.com इमेल वरून मिळत आहे. पण पीआयबी फॅक्ट चेक ने हा दावा फेटाळला आहे. अशा प्रकारच्या मेसेज, इमेलला उत्तर न देण्याचं आवाहन करण्यात आलं आहे. तुमची कोणतीही संवेदनशील माहिती न देण्याच्या आणि अनोळखी लिंक वर क्लिक न करण्याच्या सूचना देण्यात आल्या आहेत. आयकर विभाग ईमेलद्वारे पिन नंबर, पासवर्ड किंवा बँक खात्याचे क्रेडेन्शियल्स यासारख्या वैयक्तिक माहितीची विनंती करत नाही, असेही स्प्ष्ट सांगण्यात आले आहे. गैर-सरकारी डोमेनवरून पाठवलेल्या या ईमेलमध्ये दिशाभूल करणारी सामग्री आणि स्वरूप असल्याने संशय निर्माण झाला.
