भारतीय हवामान खात्याच्या अंदाजानुसार, आज संध्याकाळी 6-8 दरम्यान बिपरजॉय चक्रीवादळाच्या लॅन्डफॉलला सुरूवात होणार आहे. गुजरात मध्ये हा लॅन्डफॉल होणार असला तरीही मुंबईतही आज सतर्कता पाळली जात आहे. समुद्र किनारी लोकांनी जाऊ नये यासाठी सुरक्षा रक्षक तैनात करण्यात आले आहे. आजही मुंबईत भरतीच्या वेळेस उंच लाटा उडण्याचा अंदाज व्यक्त करण्यात आला आहे. त्यामुळे नागरिकांना सतर्क राहण्याचा सल्ला देण्यात आला आहे.
