2006 Mumbai Train Blasts मधील आरोपींना निर्दोष सोडण्याच्या निर्णयाला आता Maharashtra ATS सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात आव्हान देणार आहे. या प्रकरणातील 12 जणांना पुराव्यांअभावी मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाने सोडण्याचे निर्देश दिले आहेत मात्र आता महाराष्ट्र सरकार न्यायालयाच्या या निर्णयाला सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात आव्हान देणार आहे. सरन्यायाधीश गवई यांच्या खंडपीठासमोर 24 जुलैला त्यावर सुनावणी होणार आहे.
