बंडखोर आमदारांच्या अपात्रतेच्या निर्णयाला 11 जुलै पर्यंत स्थगिती आज सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने दिली आहे. पण बहुमत चाचणी बाबत कोणताही ठोस निर्णय दिलेला नाही.
बंडखोर आमदारांच्या अपात्रतेच्या निर्णयाला 11 जुलै पर्यंत स्थगिती आज सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने दिली आहे. पण बहुमत चाचणी बाबत कोणताही ठोस निर्णय दिलेला नाही. बहुमत चाचणीच्या निर्णयाबद्दल आम्ही काही आदेश देऊन विनाकारण गोष्टी किचकट करू इच्छित नाही असे म्हटलं आहे. पण जर काही बेकायदेशीर झाले तर कोर्टाचे दार तुम्हांला उघडं असेल असेही स्पष्ट केले आहे.
