रश्मिका मंदानाचा मॉर्फ केलेला व्हिडिओ वायरल झाल्यानंतर Union Minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar यांनी कठोर कारवाईचे आदेश दिले आहेत. केंद्रीय मंत्र्यांनी ट्वीटर वरून प्रतिक्रिया देताना "पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांच्या नेतृत्वाखालील केंद्र सरकार इंटरनेटचा वापर करणाऱ्या सर्व नागरिकांची सुरक्षा आणि विश्वास सुनिश्चित करण्यासाठी वचनबद्ध असल्याचं म्हटलं आहे.सोशल मीडीयासाठी असलेल्या कायदेशीर नियमावलीचं पालन करावं अन्यथा नियम 7 लागू केला जाईल आणि आयपीसीच्या तरतुदींनुसार पीडित व्यक्ती त्या संबंधित प्लॅटफॉर्मविरोधात कोर्टात जाऊ शकते". असं म्हटलं आहे.
