HC On Validation Of Hindu Marriage: हिंदू कायदा वैध विवाहासाठी 'सप्तपदी' आवश्यक घटकांपैकी एक; अलहाबाद उच्च न्यायालयाचा निर्णय
जर लग्न विधिवत झालं नसेल तर ते लग्न म्हणून कायदा पाहत नाही. असं मत कोर्टाने नोंदवलं आहे.
हिंदू कायदा वैध विवाहासाठी 'सप्तपदी' आवश्यक घटकांपैकी एक असल्याचं मत अलहाबाद उच्च न्यायालयाने नोंदवलं आहे. सप्तपदी ज्यात पवित्र अग्निसमोर जोडप्याने सात फेरे घेणं आवश्यक आहे. याच वरून एका प्रकरणाची पूर्ण कार्यवाही रद्द देखील करण्यात आली आहे. एका पतीने त्याच्यापासून घटस्फोट न घेता दुसरा विवाह केल्याचा आरोप करत आपल्या विभक्त पत्नीला शिक्षा देण्याची मागणी केली होती. जर लग्न विधिवत झालं नसेल तर ते लग्न म्हणून कायदा पाहत नाही.
