अमेरिकेमध्ये New York, New Jersey मध्ये भूकंपाचे धक्के जाणवले आहेत. हा 5.5 रिश्टल स्केलचा भूकंपाचा धक्का आहे. यावेळेस अमेरिकेत स्टॅच्यू ऑफ लिबर्टी सह अनेक इमारती हलताना दिसल्या. शुक्रवारी झालेल्या या भूकंपामध्ये कोणत्याही नुकसानाची नोंद नाही परंतू अनेक ठिकाणी नागरिक भयभीत होऊन रस्त्यांवर धावताना दिसले.
