किरॉन पोलार्डच्या निवृत्तीनंतर निकोलस पूरनची वेस्ट इंडिजच्या एकदिवसीय आणि टी-20 संघाच्या कर्णधारपदी नियुक्ती
वेस्ट इंडिजच्या ODI आणि T20I संघांचे नवे कर्णधार म्हणून नुकतेच निवृत्त झालेल्या किरॉन पोलार्डच्या जागी निकोलस पूरनची नियुक्ती करण्यात आली.
वेस्ट इंडिजच्या ODI आणि T20I संघांचे नवे कर्णधार म्हणून नुकतेच निवृत्त झालेल्या किरॉन पोलार्डच्या जागी निकोलस पूरनची नियुक्ती करण्यात आली. क्रिकेट वेस्ट इंडीज (CWI) ने मंगळवारी त्याच्या नियुक्तीची पुष्टी केली. गेल्या वर्षभरात पोलार्डचा उपकर्णधार पूरन वेस्ट इंडिजच्या एकदिवसीय आणि टी20 संघांचे कर्णधारपद सांभाळेल. नियुक्तीमध्ये 2022 मध्ये ICC पुरुष T20 विश्वचषक आणि ऑक्टोबर 2023 मध्ये ICC पुरुष क्रिकेट विश्वचषक यांचा समावेश असेल. शाई होपची ODI संघाचा उपकर्णधार म्हणून शिफारस करण्यात आली आहे.
