अहमदनगर जिल्ह्यातील जामखेड येथील शिवपट्टणम येथे भारतातील सर्वात उंच स्वराज्य ध्वज उभारण्यात आला आहे. राष्ट्रवादी काँग्रेस पक्षाचे आमदार रोहीत पवार यांनी हा ध्वज उभारला आहे. आजच्या म्हणजेच विजयदशमी अर्थातज दसऱ्याच्या दिवशी या ध्वजाचे अनावरण करण्यात येत आहे. या प्रसंघी नागरिक मोठ्या प्रमाणावर उपस्थित आहेत.
