सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाच्या घटनापीठाचे नेतृत्व न्यायमूर्ती डी.वाय. चंद्रचूड हे उद्धव ठाकरे आणि एकनाथ शिंदे गटातील शिवसेनेतील मतभेदाच्या प्रकरणांची सुनावणी घेणार आहेत.
महाराष्ट्रात शिवसेना विरुद्ध ठाकरे गटात सुरू असलेला शिंदे गट संघर्ष राज्यभर पाहायला मिळत आहे. या प्रकरणी विविध याचिका दाखल करण्यात आल्या आहेत. सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाच्या घटनापीठाचे नेतृत्व न्यायमूर्ती डी.वाय. चंद्रचूड हे उद्धव ठाकरे आणि एकनाथ शिंदे गटातील शिवसेनेतील मतभेदाच्या प्रकरणांची सुनावणी घेणार आहेत. महाराष्ट्रातील सत्तासंघर्षावर बुधवारी सकाळी 10.30 वाजता न्यायमूर्ती चंद्रचूड यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली 5 न्यायमूर्तींची सुनावणी घटनापीठासमोर होणार आहे.
