मध्य मुंबईतील पूर्व-पश्चिम जोडणारा आणि नेहमीच वाहनांच्या गजबजाटात असलेला एल्फिन्स्टन पूल (Elphinstone Bridge) अखेर पाडण्यात येणार आहे. एल्फिन्सटन पुलावरील वाहतूक 25 एप्रिल रोजी 9 वाजल्यापासून पूर्णत: बंद केला जाणार आहे. हा पूल पाडून त्याजागी एमएमआरडीएच्यावतीने नवीन पूल बांधण्यात येणार आहे. जो अटल सेतू आणि वांद्रे वरळी सी लिंकशी जोडला जाणार आहे. या नव्या पूलामुळे वाहतूक कोंडीची समस्या सुटणार असून, याचा वाहनधारकांना दिलासा मिळणार आहे. दरम्यान, यामुळे वाहतूक व्यवस्थापनात महत्त्वाचे बदल करण्यात आले आहे. ते खाली मुंबई ट्राफिक पोलिसांनी सांगितले आहेत. जाणून घ्या,
