राऊस एव्हेन्यू कोर्टाने दिल्ली अबकारी धोरण प्रकरणात आप नेते मनीष सिसोदिया यांचा दुसरा नियमित जामीन अर्ज फेटाळला. मनिष यांच्या जामिनाला सीबीआय आणि ईडी या दोघांनी विरोध केला होता. खटल्याला उशीर झाल्याच्या कारणावरून त्यांनी जामीन मागितला होता. त्यांचा अटकपूर्व जामीन अर्जही न्यायालयाने गेल्या वर्षी फेटाळला होता. मनिष हे फेब्रुवारी 2023 पासून कोठडीत होता.
