IRCTC App, Ticket Booking 13 तासांच्या तांत्रिक गडबडीनंतर अखेर पुन्हा सुरू
CRIS या संस्थेकडे रेल्वेच्या तिकीट बुकिंगचे, वेबसाईट, अॅप सांभाळण्याचे काम देण्यात आले आहे. त्यांच्याकडून तांत्रिक दोष दूर केल्यानंतर ही सेवा देशभर पूर्ववत झाली आहे.

IRCTC App, Ticket Booking 13 तासांच्या तांत्रिक गडबडीनंतर अखेर पुन्हा सुरू झाले आहे. आज सकाळपासून तात्काळ बुकिंगच्या वेळी अनेकांचे पैसे गेले पण तिकीट न आल्याने वेबसाईट आणि अॅप मध्ये गोंधळ असल्याचे समोर आले. त्यानंतर आयआरसीटीसी कडूनही तातडीने हा तांत्रिक दोष करण्यासाठी प्रयत्न सुरू झाले. यामुळे मुंबई उपनगरीय रेल्वेच्या तिकीट चा देखील गोंधळ उडाला. अनेकांना तिकीट काढता येत नव्हते. पर्यायी सेवा देखील बंद पडल्या होत्या पण आता हा तांत्रिक दोष दूर करण्यात आल्याचे सांगण्यात आले आहे. आयआरसीटीने त्याबाबतचे ट्वीट करून प्रवाशांना सूचित केले आहे.
