खोट्या तक्रारी म्हणजे मानसिक क्रौर्य आहे आणि पती त्या आधारावर घटस्फ़ोट घेऊ शकतो. असं देखील दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयाने म्हटलं आहे.
पतीच्या कुटुंबाविरोधात खोटे बलात्कार, हुंड्याचे आरोप करणं अत्यंत क्रूर असल्याचं मत दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयाने नोंदवलं आहे. न्यायमूर्ती सुरेश कुमार कैत आणि नीना बन्सल कृष्णा यांच्या खंडपीठाने सांगितले की, पत्नीने पतीविरुद्ध केलेल्या अशा खोट्या तक्रारी म्हणजे मानसिक क्रौर्य आहे आणि पती त्या आधारावर घटस्फ़ोट घेऊ शकतो. असं देखील म्हटलं आहे.
