SC on Casting Couch Case: FIR मध्ये गंभीर गुन्ह्यांची भर पडली तर जामीन रद्द होऊ शकतो-सर्वोच्च न्यायालय
एका मॉडेलने व्यावसायिकावर तिला मॉडलिंगची कामं देण्याच्या बहाण्याने बलात्कार केल्याच्या प्रकरणामध्ये आपला निर्णय देताना 'जर FIR मध्ये गंभीर गुन्ह्यांची भर पडली तर जामीन रद्द होऊ शकतो' असं मत नोंदवलं आहे.
एका मॉडेलने व्यावसायिकावर तिला मॉडलिंगची कामं देण्याच्या बहाण्याने बलात्कार केल्याच्या प्रकरणामध्ये आपला निर्णय देताना 'जर FIR मध्ये गंभीर गुन्ह्यांची भर पडली तर जामीन रद्द होऊ शकतो' असं मत नोंदवलं आहे. मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाकडून आरोपीला जामीन मिळाला होता पण पीडीत त्या जामीना विरोधात सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात गेली. तेव्हा Justices AS Bopanna आणि Hima Kohli यांनी हा निकाल सुनावला आहे.
