महाविकास आघाडी सरकार मधून 35 पेक्षा जास्त शिवसेना आमदार बाहेर पडून एकनाथ शिंदेंच्या गोटात आल्याने आता राज्य सरकार कोसळणार का? अशी चर्चा सुरू झाली आहे. पण आज विधानपरिषदेच्या उपसभापती निलम गोर्हे यांनी दिलेल्या माहितीनुसार, बंडखोरांना विधिमंडळात शिवसेनेचं नाव, पक्ष चिन्ह वापरता येऊ शकत नाही. त्यांच्याकडून संख्याबळावर आपणच खरी शिवसेना असा करण्यात आलेला दावा चूकीचा आहे. त्यांना पक्षांतर कायदा अंतर्गत आमदारकी वाचवायची असेल तर आपला गट स्थापन करावा लागेल किंवा त्यांना इतर पक्ष किंवा संघटनेमध्ये सामील व्हावं लागणार आहे.
