कॉंग्रेसने कर्नाटक विधानसभा निवडणूकांमध्ये दणदणीत विजय मिळवल्यानंतर दिल्ली दरबारी आता मुख्यमंत्री पदी कोण विराजमान होणार? यावरून अनेक चर्चा झाल्या. अखेर आज KC Venugopal यांनी अधिकृत घोषणा करत Siddaramaiah कर्नाटक चे मुख्यमंत्री तर DK Shivakumar यांच्याकडे उपमुख्यमंत्री पदाची जबाबदारी असेल अशी माहिती दिली आहे. 20 मे दिवशी शपथविधी सोहळा होईल असेही त्यांनी जाहीर केले आहे. कर्नाटकचे सुरक्षित भविष्य आणि लोकांचे कल्याण हे आमचे सर्वोच्च प्राधान्य आहे आणि आम्ही याची हमी देण्यासाठी एकजूट आहोत.” असे ट्वीट करत डीके शिवकुमार यांनीही त्यांच्या नाराजीच्या चर्चांना पूर्णविराम दिला आहे.
