Swati Maliwal Case: सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाकडून अरविंद केजरीवाल यांचे स्वीय सचिव Bibhav Kumar यांना जामीन मंजूर

सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाकडून अरविंद केजरीवाल यांचे स्वीय सचिव Bibhav Kumar यांना जामीन मंजूर करण्यात आला आहे. आपच्या राज्यसभा खासदार Swati Maliwal यांच्यासोबत गैरवर्तन केल्याच्या आरोपाखाली बैभव अटकेत होते. 18 मे पासून ते तुरूंगात होते. 13 मे ला मालिवाल सोबत बैभव यांनी मुख्यमंत्री निवासातच गैर वर्तन केल्याचा आरोप त्यांच्यावर आहे. कोर्टाने आता कुमार यांच्यावर काही अटी घातल्या आहेत ज्यामध्ये त्यांना आता   दिल्लीचे मुख्यमंत्री किंवा मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालयाशी संबंधित राजकीय कार्यालयाचे पीएस म्हणून काम करता येणार नाही. सर्व साक्षीदार तपासले जात नाही तोपर्यंत कुमार मुख्यमंत्र्यांच्या निवासस्थानात प्रवेश नसेल.
