Nipah virus In Kerala: केरळ मध्ये निपाह च्या पार्श्वभूमीवर NIV Pune टीम सुरू करणार मोबाईल लॅब्स; वटवाघुळांचाही होणार सर्व्हे
कोझिकोड जिल्ह्यातील दोन केंद्रे आणि त्याच्या सभोवतालची पाच किमीचा भाग कंटेनमेंट झोन म्हणून घोषित करण्यात आला आहे.
केरळ मध्ये पुन्हा निपाह संसर्गाने डोकं वर काढलं आहे. 2 जणांचा मृत्यू झाल्यानंतर आता प्रशासन अलर्ट मोड वर आलं आहे. आज संध्याकाळपर्यंत NIV Pune च्या टीम्स तेथे पोहचणार आहेत. एका टीम कडून मोबाईल लॅब्स उभारल्या जाणार आहेत तर दुसरी टीम वटवाघुळांचा सर्व्हे करण्यासाठी येणार आहे. Kerala Health Minister Veena George यांनी याबाबतची माहिती दिली आहे. प्रोटोकॉलच्या आधारावर, 16 समित्या स्थापन करण्यात आल्या आहेत. कोझिकोड मेडिकल कॉलेजमध्ये 75 खोल्या तयार करण्यात आल्या आहेत. कोझिकोड जिल्ह्यातील दोन केंद्रे आणि त्याच्या सभोवतालची पाच किमीचा भाग कंटेनमेंट झोन म्हणून घोषित करण्यात आला आहे.
