जेट एअरवेजचे संस्थापक Naresh Goyal यांना ईडीकडून अटक; बँकेची केली तब्बल 538 कोटी रुपयांची फसवणूक
या प्रकरणी केंद्रीय अन्वेषण विभागाने (CBI) या वर्षी मे महिन्याच्या सुरुवातीला एफआयआरवर नोंदवला होता. त्यानंतर इडीने ही कारवाई केली आहे.
अंमलबजावणी संचालनालयाने (ED) जेट एअरवेजचे संस्थापक नरेश गोयल यांना अटक केली आहे. आज मुंबईतील एजन्सीच्या कार्यालयात दिवसभर चौकशी केल्यानंतर 538 कोटी रुपयांची बँकेची फसवणूक केल्याप्रकरणी गोयल यांना अटक केली आहे. त्यांना उद्या मुंबई पीएमएलए कोर्टात हजर करण्यात येणार आहे. या प्रकरणी केंद्रीय अन्वेषण विभागाने (CBI) या वर्षी मे महिन्याच्या सुरुवातीला एफआयआरवर नोंदवला होता. त्यानंतर इडीने ही कारवाई केली आहे. हे 538 कोटी रुपयांचे प्रकरण कॅनरा बँक घोटाळ्याशी संबंधित आहे. कॅनरा बँकेच्या तक्रारीवरून ईडीने गोयल, अनिता, गोयल, आनंद शेट्टी आणि जेट एअरवेज (इंडिया) लिमिटेड (जेआयएल) विरुद्ध फसवणुकीचा नवा गुन्हा दाखल केला होता. या प्रकरणी जुलै 2023 मध्ये गोयल आणि जेट एअरवेजच्या अनेक ठिकाणी छापे टाकण्यात आले होते.
