महिलांच्या 10,000 मीटर रेस वॉकच्या अंतिम फेरीत भारताने कौतुकास्पद कामगिरी केली आहे. प्रियांका गोस्वामीची रौप्य पदक आपल्या नावी नोंदवत भारताच्या पदकांच्या संख्येत आणखी भर घातली आहे. तसेच बॉक्सिंगच्या महिला आणि पुरुष अशा दोन्ही गटात भारताच्या खेळाडूनी फायनल राउंडमध्ये मजल मारली आहे. महिला ४८ किलो गटात नितू घांगस तर पुरुष ५२ किलो गटात अमित पंघाल भारताचं नेत्तृत्व करणार आहेत.
