दिल्लीतील राष्ट्रपती भवनात शपथविधीदरम्यान X (पूर्वीचे Twitter) वर नेटिझन्सद्वारे शेअर केलेले अनेक व्हिडिओमध्ये एक बिबट्या कथितपणे चालताना दिसल्याचा दावा केला आहे.
