Maharashtra Political Crisis: आमदारांवर अपात्रतेची कारवाई टाळण्यासाठी एकनाथ शिंदे गटाची थेट सुप्रीम कोर्टात धाव

महाराष्ट्रातील राजकीय गोंधळाच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर शिवसेनेच्या एकनाथ शिंदे (Eknath Shinde) गटाने सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात (SC) धाव घेतली आहे. विधानसभा उपसभापतींना आमदारांवर अपात्रतेची कारवाई करण्यापासून रोखण्यासाठी सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाकडे मागणी करण्यात आली आहे. त्याचवेळी अजय चौधरी यांना विधीमंडळ पक्षनेते करण्याचे आव्हानही निर्माण झाले आहे. या प्रकरणी उद्या सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात सुनावणी घेण्याची मागणी करण्यात आली आहे. एकनाथ शिंदे यांच्या विधीमंडळ पक्षनेतेपदाच्या अपात्रतेसारख्या निर्णयावर बंडखोर आमदारांनीही सर्वोच्च न्यायालयात धाव घेतली आहे. सुनील प्रभू यांच्या चीफ व्हीपपदी नियुक्तीलाही याचिकेत आव्हान देण्यात आले आहे. याचिकेद्वारे शिंदे गटाने थेट विधानसभा उपसभापतींच्या कार्यक्षेत्राला आव्हान दिले आहे.
