मुंबई शहरात वाढत्या वाहनांच्या पार्श्वभुमीवर ध्वनी प्रदूषण कमी करण्यासाठी, मुंबई वाहतूक पोलिसांनी शहरात दर बुधवारी 'नो हॉंक डे' मोहीम राबविण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे. या दिवशी विनाकारण हॉर्न वाजवणाऱ्यांवर वाहतूक विभाग कारवाई करणार आहे. या दिवशी पोलिसांचे स्वयंसेवक जवळजवळ प्रत्येक जंक्शनवर प्लेकार्ड घेऊन उभे असतील आणि लोकांना हॉर्न न वाजवण्याचे आवाहन करतील.
