Narcotics Control Bureau चे माजी झोनल डायरेक्टर समीर वानखेडे यांनी शुक्रवारी मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयासमोर आर्यन खान प्रकरणात खंडणी आणि भ्रष्टाचाराच्या आरोपाखाली सीबीआयच्या FIR शी संबंधित कोणतीही जबरदस्ती कारवाई करू नये, अशी विनंती करणारी याचिका केली आहे. वानखेडे यांनी आपल्या याचिकेत दावा केला आहे की, आर्यन खान प्रकरणात सूडबुद्धीने कारवाई करण्यात येत आहे. खंडपीठाने सीबीआयचा प्रतिसाद मागितला असून आज दुपारी 2:30 वाजता कोर्टात सुनावणी आहे.
