देवेंद्र कुमार उपाध्याय यांच्याकडे आता मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाचा कारभार सोपावण्यात आला आहे.
मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाचे न्यायमूर्ती धीरजसिंह ठाकूर यांची आंध्र प्रदेश उच्च न्यायमूर्ती म्हणून नियुक्ती करत आता अलाहाबाद उच्च न्यायालयाचे वरिष्ठ न्यायमूर्ती देवेंद्र कुमार उपाध्याय (Devendra Kumar Upadhye) यांच्याकडे मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाचा कारभार सोपावण्यात आला आहे. देवेंद्र उपाध्याय हे आता मुंबई उच्च न्यायालयाचे नवे मुख्य न्यायमूर्ती म्हणून नेमण्यात आले आहेत. या बाबत सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाच्या शिफारसीवर राष्ट्रपतींनी शिक्कामोर्तब केले आणि आता त्यांची अधिसूचना जारी करण्यात आली आहे.
