खाजगी क्षेत्रातील नोकऱ्यांमध्ये स्थानिक तरुणांना आरक्षण देण्याचा प्रस्ताव नाही, असे केंद्र सरकारने स्पष्ट केले आहे. केंद्राने सोमवारी सांगितले की, भारत सरकारच्या विचाराधीन खाजगी क्षेत्रातील नोकऱ्यांमध्ये स्थानिक तरुणांना आरक्षण देण्याबाबत कोणताही प्रस्ताव नाही. एका प्रश्नाला उत्तर देताना केंद्राने लोकसभेत सांगितले की असा कोणताही प्रस्ताव सरकारच्या विचाराधीन नाही. आरक्षण धोरण आणि नियमानुसार नोकऱ्यांमध्ये आरक्षण दिले जाते.
