विस्तारा एअरलाइनने मंगळवारी सकाळी सुमारे 38 उड्डाणे रद्द केली. यामध्ये मुंबईहून 15, दिल्लीहून 12 आणि बेंगळुरूहून 11 फ्लाइटचा समावेश आहे. विस्ताराची उड्डाणे रद्द झाल्यामुळे प्रवाशांना अनेक समस्यांना सामोरे जावे लागत आहे. उड्डाण रद्द करणे आणि मोठ्या विलंबाची दखल घेत नागरी विमान वाहतूक मंत्रालयाने (MoCA) विस्तारा कडून सविस्तर अहवाल मागवला आहे.
एमओसीएच्या अधिकाऱ्याने सांगितले की एअरलाइनने गेल्या आठवड्यात 100 हून अधिक उड्डाणे रद्द केली किंवा उशीर केला. या प्रकरणात, एअरलाइनचे म्हणणे आहे की ते बाधित ग्राहकांना पर्यायी उड्डाण पर्याय किंवा परतावा देत आहे.
