केजरीवाल यांनी यापूर्वी आलेल्या सातही ईडी समन्स कडे दुर्लक्ष केले होते.
दिल्लीचे मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल यांना आठव्यांदा समंस बजावत ईडी कार्यालयात चौकशीसाठी हजर राहण्याचे आदेश देण्यात आले आहेत. ईडीच्या समंस कडे केजरीवाल जाणीवपूर्वक दुर्लक्ष करत करण्याचा दावा त्यांच्याकडून कोर्टात करण्यात आला होता. Delhi Excise Policy 2021-22 Case मध्ये आर्थिक घोटाळ्यामध्ये केजरीवाल यांची चौकशी होणार आहे. केजरीवाल यांनी हे समंस चूकीचे आणि राजकीय हेतूने पाठवले जात असल्याचं सांगितलं होतं.
