ED Files Complaint against Arvind Kejriwal: अरविंद केजरीवाल मुद्दामून ईडीच्या समन्स कडे दुर्लक्ष करत असल्याचं सांगत तक्रार दाखल
न्यायालयासमोरील प्रश्न समन्सच्या वैधतेचा नसून केजरीवालांनी हेतुपुरस्सर सांगितलेल्या तीन समन्सकडे दुर्लक्ष केल्याच्या बेकायदेशीर कृतीचा आहे. अशी माहिती सूत्रांनी दिली आहे.
अरविंद केजरीवाल मुद्दामून ईडीच्या समन्स कडे दुर्लक्ष करत असल्याचं सांगत तक्रार दाखल केल्याची माहिती देण्यात आली आहे. ही तक्रार IPC च्या section 174 अंतर्गत तक्रार दाखल केली आहे. न्यायालयाने त्याची दखल घेतली आहे त्यामुळे न्यायालयाने प्रथमदर्शनी मान्य केले आहे की केजरीवाल यांनी गुन्हा केला आहे ज्यासाठी त्यांच्यावर खटला भरला जावा. न्यायालयासमोरील प्रश्न समन्सच्या वैधतेचा नसून केजरीवालांनी हेतुपुरस्सर सांगितलेल्या तीन समन्सकडे दुर्लक्ष केल्याच्या बेकायदेशीर कृतीचा आहे. अशी माहिती सूत्रांनी दिली आहे.
