आर्थिक गुन्हे शाखेने 10 दिवशी रोजी BharatPe MD अश्नीर ग्रोव्हर, त्यांची पत्नी माधुरी जैन ग्रोव्हर आणि दीपक गुप्ता, सुरेश जैन आणि श्वेतांक जैन यांच्यासह कुटुंबातील सदस्यांविरुद्ध 81 कोटी रुपयांच्या कथित फसवणुकीचा एफआयआर नोंदवला आहे. भारतीय दंड संहितेच्या आठ कलमांनुसार एफआयआर दाखल करण्यात आला आहे.
