HC On Resurfaced Sexual Content: लैंगिक सामग्रीच्या प्रसारावर उच्च न्यायालयाचे कठोर निर्णय, सोशल मीडिया प्लॅटफॉर्मवर दिले निर्देश
न्यायमूर्ती सुब्रमण्यम प्रसाद म्हणाले की, आक्षेपार्ह मजकूराचा अॅक्सेस ताबडतोब ब्लॉक करणे ही सर्च इंजिनची जबाबदारी आहे.
दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालयाने बुधवारी इंटरनेट प्लॅटफॉर्मद्वारे लैंगिक सामग्रीच्या बेकायदेशीर सामायिकरणाच्या विरोधात कायद्याची अंमलबजावणी करताना दाखवल्या जाणार्या "अनाच्छा"बद्दल नाराजी व्यक्त केली आणि असे निर्देश दिले की जर असा मजकूर काढून टाकण्याचे आदेश देऊनही "पुन्हा दिसला" तर ते जर अशी सामग्री तात्काळ काढून टाकली गेली पाहिजे आणि पीडिताला ती काढून टाकण्यासाठी पुन्हा न्यायालयात जाण्याची आवश्यकता नसेल. न्यायमूर्ती सुब्रमण्यम प्रसाद म्हणाले की, आक्षेपार्ह मजकूराचा अॅक्सेस ताबडतोब ब्लॉक करणे ही सर्च इंजिनची जबाबदारी आहे.
