Condom Advertisement: कंडोमच्या जाहिरातीत गरबा दाखवण्याचा उद्देश कोणाच्याही धार्मिक भावना दुखावण्याचा नाही. असा युक्तिवाद करून मध्य प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालयाने एका कंडोम उत्पादक कंपनीला दिलासा दिला आणि कंपनी विरुद्ध दाखल केलेला खटला फेटाळून लावला. कंपनीने भारतीय दंड संहिता (IPC) च्या कलम 295-A, 505 आणि IT कायद्याच्या कलम 67 अंतर्गत गुन्हा दाखल केला नाही, असे न्यायालयाने नमूद केले. हे प्रकरण 2018 सालचे आहे.
