भारतीय आंतरराष्ट्रीय फिल्म महोत्सवा (आयएफएफआय) च्या पाचव्या महोत्सवाला सुरुवात झाली आहे. गोव्यातील पणजीममध्ये श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी स्टेडियममध्ये हा महोत्सव पार पडत आहे.
54 व्या आंतरराष्ट्रीय फिल्म फेस्टिव्हल ऑफ इंडियाला आजपासून सुरुवात झाली. गोव्यातील पणजीममध्ये श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी स्टेडियममध्ये हा महोत्सव पार पडणार आहे. केंद्रीय सुचना आणि प्रसारण मंत्री अनुराग ठाकूर, नुसरत भरुचा, श्रेया घोषाल, सुखविंदर सिंग, माधुरी दीक्षित, शाहिद कपूर आणि श्रिया सरन आदी सेलिब्रेटी उपस्थित आहेत. या महोस्तवात माधुरीला तिच्या चित्रपट क्षेत्रातील योगदानासाठी गौरविले जाणार आहे.
