Mumbai Air Pollution: बीसीसीआयचा सुज्ञ निर्णय; हवेची गुणवत्ता खालावल्याने दिल्ली-मुंबईच्या सामन्यादरम्यान टाळणार फटाक्यांची आतषबाजी

भारतीय क्रिकेट नियामक मंडळाने (BCCI) दिल्ली आणि मुंबईत होणाऱ्या विश्वचषक सामन्यांदरम्यान आणि नंतर फटाके न वापरण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे. बीसीसीआयचे सचिव जय शाह यांनी ही माहिती दिली. जय शहा म्हणाले की, या दोन शहरांमध्ये हवेचे प्रदूषण वाढत आहे. मी हे प्रकरण आंतरराष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट परिषदेकडे (ICC) औपचारिकपणे मांडले आहे. वाढत्या वायू प्रदूषणाच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर आम्ही हा निर्णय घेतला आहे. मंडळ पर्यावरणाच्या प्रश्नांबाबत संवेदनशील आहे.
