बीसीसीआयला दोन नवीन आयपीएल संघांकडून सुमारे 7 ते 10 हजार कोटींची कमाई अपेक्षित होती, परंतु ही कमाई 12 हजार कोटींच्या पुढे गेली आहे.
बीसीसीआयने आयपीएलच्या दोन नवीन संघांची घोषणा केली आहे. 2022 मध्ये अहमदाबाद आणि लखनौ असे दोन नवीन संघ आयपीएलमध्ये खेळतील. सोमवारी दुबईत दोन नवीन संघांसाठी बोली लावण्यात आली. संजीव गोयंका यांच्या मालकीच्या आरपीएसजी ग्रुपने सर्वाधिक 7090 कोटी रुपयांची बोली लावून लखनऊ फ्रँचायझी खरेदी केली आहे. यासह सीव्हीसी कॅपिटल्स ग्रुपने अहमदाबाद फ्रँचायझी 5625 कोटींना खरेदी केली आहे. बीसीसीआयला दोन नवीन आयपीएल संघांकडून सुमारे 7 ते 10 हजार कोटींची कमाई अपेक्षित होती, परंतु ही कमाई 12 हजार कोटींच्या पुढे गेली आहे.
