तहव्वूर राणाच्या प्रत्यार्पणाचा आदेश देण्यात आला आहे. तहव्वूर हा पाकिस्तान मध्ये डॉक्टर आणि काही काळ आर्मी मध्येही काम केलेला व्यक्ती आहे.
तहव्वूर राणाच्या प्रत्यार्पणाचा आदेश आपल्याला अनेक प्रकारे मदत करेल अशी अशा ज्येष्ठ वकील उज्ज्वल निकम यांनी बोलून दाखवली आहे. मुंबईवरील 26/11 च्या हल्ल्यानंतर कायदेशीर लढाई लढताना उज्ज्वल निकम यांनी सरकारी वकील म्हणून आपली भूमिका बजावली होती. त्याच्या दृष्टीने बोलताना त्यांनी या घटनेकडे एक मोठी प्रगती म्हणून पाहत आहेत. तहव्वूरचा मुंबईवरील हल्ल्यात काय सहभाग होता सध्या याचा तपास NIA करत आहे. त्यांच्या दृष्टीने हे महत्त्वाचे प्रत्यार्पण आहे.
