PM Narendra Modi यांच्या हस्ते निळवंडे धरणाच्या कालव्याचं लोकार्पण करण्यात आलं आहे. या लोकार्पणापूर्वी त्यांनी जल पूजन केले. यावेळी त्यांच्यासोबत वेळी मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे, उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस, राज्यपाल रमेश बैस आणि भाजपाचे प्रदेशाध्यक्ष चंद्रशेखर बावनकुळे यांच्यासह अनेक महत्वाचे नेते उपस्थित होते. निळवंडे धरणामुळे अहमदनगरच्या सहा दुष्काळ भागातील पाणीटंचाईची समस्या दूर होण्यास मदत होणार आहे.
