Kurla BEST Bus Accident: कुर्ल्यातील बेस्ट बसच्या अपघातातील चालकाला दिलासा नाही; मुंबई न्यायालयाने फेटाळला जामीन अर्ज
बस चालकाने बसमध्ये तांत्रिक बिघाड झाल्यामुळे हा अपघात झाल्याचा दावा करून जामिनासाठी अर्ज केला होता. मात्र, आता न्यायालयाने त्याचा जामीन अर्ज फेटाळला आहे.
Kurla BEST Bus Accident: कुर्ला पश्चिम येथे झालेल्या बेस्टच्या भीषण अपघातातील प्रमुख आरोपी बसचालक संजय मोरे याला मोठा धक्का बसला आहे. संजय मोरे याचा जामीन अर्ज मुंबई सत्र न्यायालयाने फेटाळला आहे. बस चालकाने बसमध्ये तांत्रिक बिघाड झाल्यामुळे हा अपघात झाल्याचा दावा करून जामिनासाठी अर्ज केला होता. मात्र, आता न्यायालयाने त्याचा जामीन अर्ज फेटाळला आहे. 9 डिसेंबर रोजी झालेल्या अपघातात 7 जणांचा मृत्यू झाला होता. तसेच यात 40 हून अधिक जण जखमी झाले होते. दरम्यान, वैद्यकीय चाचण्यांमध्ये चालक मानसिक आजारी किंवा घटनेच्या वेळी मद्यधुंद नसल्याचं समोर आलं होतं.
