मुंबई: एनसीबीचे अधिकारी समीर वानखेडे यांची मेहुणी हर्षदा दीनानाथ रेडकर यांनी काल महाराष्ट्राचे मंत्री नवाब मलिक यांच्याविरुद्ध आयपीसीच्या कलम 354, 354 डी, 503 आणि 506 आणि Representation of Women Act, 1986 च्या कलम 4 अंतर्गत गोरेगाव पोलिसात तक्रार दाखल केली.
