मुंबई वर असलेली ब्रिटीशकालीन छाप कमी करण्यासाठी अनेक बदल केले जात आहेत. असाच एक बदल आता रेल्वेस्थानकांवरही होत आहे. पूर्वी लाल आणि निळ्या रंगामध्ये असलेली रेल्वे स्टेशनची नावं आता नव्या स्वरूपात 'तिरंगी' डिझाईन मध्ये दिसणार आहे. पश्चिम रेल्वे वर बोरिवली स्थानकामध्ये हे डिझाईन लावण्यात आले आहे. त्यानुसार आता लाल, निळ्या आणि हिरव्या रंगाचा वापर करण्यात आला आहे.
