Anil Deshmukh यांना सत्र न्यायालयाने भ्रष्टाचार प्रकरणामध्ये जामीन नाकारला आहे. त्यांना ईडीच्या प्रकरणात जामीन मिळाला आहे पण त्यांना याच प्रकरणामध्ये सीबीआय कडून दाखल करण्यात आलेल्या प्रकरणामध्ये दिलासा मिळाला नसल्याने त्यांचा तुरूंगाबाहेर पडण्याचा मार्ग रखडला आहे. सध्या वैद्यकीय कारणास्तव ते जसलोक रूग्णालयात उपचार घेत आहेत.
