माजी राज्यसभा खासदार विजय दर्डा यांना दिल्लीच्या विशेष न्यायालयाकडून 4 वर्षांच्या तुरूंगवासाची शिक्षा सुनावण्यात आली आहे. दरम्यान विजय दर्डा यांचा मुलगा देवेंद्र दर्डा, M/S JLD यवतमाळ एनर्जी प्रायव्हेट लिमिटेडचे संचालक मनोज कुमार जयस्वाल यांनाही छत्तीसगडमधील कोळसा खाण वाटपातील अनियमिततेच्या प्रकरणात चार वर्षांच्या कारावासाची शिक्षा सुनावली आहे. तर न्यायालयाने माजी कोळसा सचिव एचसी गुप्ता, दोन ज्येष्ठ लोकसेवक केएस क्रोफा आणि केसी सामरिया यांना 3 वर्षांच्या तुरुंगवासाची शिक्षा सुनावली आहे. विजय दर्डा यांच्यासह सात जण या प्रकरणात दोषी ठरवले होते त्यानंतर आज या प्रकरणी शिक्षा सुनवण्यात आली आहे.
