बॉम्बे हाय कोर्टने आज Medical Termination of Pregnancy (MTP) Act अंतर्गत 26 आठवडे गरोदर असलेल्या महिलेला गर्भपाताची मंजुरी दिली आहे. या महिलेला कर्करोगाचे निदान झाले आहे. Ajay Gadkari आणि Neela Gokhale यांच्या खंडपीठाने हा निकाल दिला आहे. उच्च न्यायालयाने हा निकाल तोंडी दिला आहे. याची ऑर्डर 4 जुलैला सविस्तर दिली जाईल.
