BMC Water Supply Leakage: मुंबई शहारातील वांद्रे परिसरातील स्वामी विवेकानंद रोडवरील लकी जंक्शन येथे पाणगळती, नागरिकांना फटका
मुंबई शहराला पाणीपुरवठा करणाऱ्या जलवाहीनीमधून मोठ्या प्रमाणावर पाणीगळती झाली आहे. ही घटना शहारातील वांद्रे परिसरातील स्वामी विवेकानंद रोडवरील लकी जंक्शन येथे पहाटे 2 च्या सुमारास घडली.
मुंबई शहराला पाणीपुरवठा करणाऱ्या जलवाहीनीमधून मोठ्या प्रमाणावर पाणीगळती झाली आहे. ही घटना शहारातील वांद्रे परिसरातील स्वामी विवेकानंद रोडवरील लकी जंक्शन येथे पहाटे 2 च्या सुमारास घडली. येथील पाली जलसाठ्याला पुरवठा करणाऱ्या दोन जलवाहिनींपैकी एका मुख्य पाईपलाईनमध्ये, विशेषत: 600 मिलिमीटर व्यासाची गळती आढळून आल्याने वांद्रे पश्चिमेकडील भागांचा पाणीपुरवठा प्रभावित झाला आहे.
